PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.

This web site located at URL http ://www.autogridz.com (herein referred to as the Website) is managed by a third party service provider of Autogridz (M) Sdn Bhd. The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Website and the purchase of products by you through this Website. By using this Website, placing an order with us or submitting a purchase order to us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (herein referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

1.0 CAPACITY TO CONTRACT

You represent to us that you are of the legal age of majority in your state of residence and/or that you are duly authorized to use this Website.

2.0 TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

3.0 STEP BY STEP ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

i. Shop the Website for the product you want

ii. Click on “Product Name” if you want more detailed information on the product.

iii. Select the item by clicking on the associated “Add to Cart” button.

iv. If you’d like to continue shopping, click on “Continue” on the pop up window. Otherwise, click on “Cart” to go straight to your shopping cart.

v. Update the quantity by entering the desired amount in the box labelled Quantity/Update.

vi. If you’d like to continue shopping, click on “Continue”. Otherwise, click on “Checkout” to proceed to the “Shipping Address” section.

vii. Default shipping address is set to be the same as your billing address. If different, click on “Add new Shipping Address”. Enter your new Shipping Address. Click “Next” to proceed to Shipping Methods.

viii. Select your available shipping method and click on “Next” to proceed to Payment Methods.

ix. Select your available payment method and click on “Next” to proceed to Complete Order.

x. Please review the provided data and confirm the order. Click “Confirm” to complete order. Once your payment information has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

4.0 YOUR RECEIPT

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a packing slip with your product. A statement containing your order information and payment confirmation will be e-mailed to you within 5 business days of your shipment.

5.0 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming our receipt of your order. If the item is out of stock, another email will be sent advising you of the order status and whether or not it is available for backorder. At this time, you can choose to cancel your order or leave the item on backorder. You will be reimbursed of the full amount paid if you choose to cancel the order due to product availability. Once the item ships, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you.

6.0 DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders placed before 11:00am EST for products that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped within 24 hours, providing all Credit Card information is validated. Orders placed after 11:00am EST and on weekends will be processed the following business day.

7.0 SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

Shipment of orders will usually ship within 24 hours to 3 working days of receipt of order.

Shipping and handling charges are system calculated based on your default “Billing Address” or “Shipping Address” if different from “Billing Address”.

All efforts are made to ensure the best shipping rates are offered for multiple item purchases.

8.0 CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in stock items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

9.0 REFUSAL POLICY

Shipped item(s) that are either refused by the customer for whatsoever reason within the maximum timeframe of 24 hours, or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, the shipped item(s) will be returned to Autogridz (M) Sdn Bhd and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.

10.0 ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Terms of payment shall be determined at our discretion and as otherwise agreed to by us. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain Malaysian Ringgit amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

11.0 PRICES, SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

We will ship to worldwide locations. Prices listed do not include charges for shipping and handling or taxes. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice as well as stated during the checking out process.

12.0 DUTIES AND OTHER TAXES.

As different countries holds different duties and taxation rates, any duties and taxes imposed upon arrival of shipment into the recipient’s country shall be borne by the recipient.

We welcome all comments, feedback, information, or materials, which you submit to us through or in conjunction with this Website (herein referred to as Feedback). Please note that your Feedback shall be considered non-confidential and become our property. Any product offered by us is warranted only if, and only to the extent of the existence of, the applicable manufacturer's warranty, if any, and is distributed by us on an "AS-IS" basis without warranty by us. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, WE DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
