5.0 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY We will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming our receipt of your order. If the item is out of stock, another email will be sent advising you of the order status and whether or not it is available for backorder. At this time, you can choose to cancel your order or leave the item on backorder. You will be reimbursed of the full amount paid if you choose to cancel the order due to product availability. Once the item ships, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you. 6.0 DELIVERY INFORMATION Orders placed before 11:00am EST for products that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped within 24 hours, providing all Credit Card information is validated. Orders placed after 11:00am EST and on weekends will be processed the following business day. 7.0 SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION Shipment of orders will usually ship within 24 hours to 3 working days of receipt of order. Shipping and handling charges are system calculated based on your default “Billing Address” or “Shipping Address” if different from “Billing Address”. All efforts are made to ensure the best shipping rates are offered for multiple item purchases. 8.0 CANCELLING AN ORDER Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in stock items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. 9.0 REFUSAL POLICY Shipped item(s) that are either refused by the customer for whatsoever reason within the maximum timeframe of 24 hours, or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, the shipped item(s) will be returned to Autogridz (M) Sdn Bhd and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery. 10.0 ORDER ACCEPTANCE Terms of payment shall be determined at our discretion and as otherwise agreed to by us. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
